The Loyalè reward system is designed for simplicity, trust, and instant gratification.

When a Regular (Customer) makes a purchase, the Agent (Business) generates a QR code based on the specific items ordered - for example, 2x Coffee and 1x Muffin.

The Regular then scans this QR code using the Loyalè app. The system instantly updates both the Agent's and Regular's reward records. No waiting, no guesswork, and no mistakes.

This ensures:

• Rewards are accurately tracked in real-time
• Forgery and misuse are eliminated
• Both parties see the reward progress immediately

Once the Regular collects the required number of stamps for a reward (e.g. 10 Coffees), the reward becomes instantly redeemable in-app with a single tap.
