Loyalè is a trademarked product and service owned and operated by ECLIPTEK Limited, a registered company in New Zealand.
By using the Loyalè app and subscribing to our services, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws in New Zealand and Australia.
All Loyalè subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Agents may cancel their subscription at any time, and no further payments will be taken after the current billing cycle ends. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts.
Refunds will not be issued for past charges unless there has been a verified system error. All refund requests are subject to review.
Agents subscribed to the Premium tier receive physical equipment (tablet and stand) on loan. Upon cancellation, this equipment must be returned in near-new condition. Damage, wear, or missing components may result in repair or replacement fees, unless the Agent has purchased device insurance during sign-up.
ECLIPTEK Limited is not liable for misuse, fraud, or operational failures caused by Agents, Regulars, or third parties using the platform inappropriately.
All design elements, source code, branding, and platform features are the exclusive intellectual property of ECLIPTEK Limited. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.
We respect your privacy and handle data in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Personal information is securely stored and never sold to third parties. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
